To directly quote a guy called Delta very long ago:
Here's the low-down:
Their will be a list of all the European countries below. Each country will have 10 points to begin with. Each time someone posts they can give a country a point, and take away a point from a country.
Example:

France 11
Germany 10
UK 9
Whoever takes away the last point of a country must post an explanation on why the country poofed.
